Conversational Flow Designer
Responsibilities:
- Interact with the customer to understand and analyze their needs for building and rolling out highly effective conversational UI for their applications.
- Design and build conversation flows which reflect natural human conversations that work within the limits of current conversational-AI technologies.
- Continually analyze the performance of the chatbots to identify potential improvements in the conversational UX.
- Understand, gather and analyze customer requirements to create specific personalities and script dialogues.
- Work closely with Product development and customization teams.
- Implement the conversational flow using flow builder interface
- Test, Review get approval and deploy the conversation flow
- Develop segment-specific skills that enhance our ability to serve multiple customers at scale in identified market segments.
Requirements:
- Quick and effective learner.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- B.E., MCA or MBA with Experience in any specific industry domains like banking, financial services, Retail, telecom, e-commerce.
- A good understanding of how chatbots work.
- Prior experience in conversational flow would be a definite plus.
